Description: Volume is a simple brick box with bris-solieu shaded storefront windows and a copper covered hip roof and copper accents throughout. The kal-wal barrel vault at the entry translates to a drywall vault inside and terminates at the teller counter. Painted I beams are used as lintels above the openings including a radius beam at the entry. At night the entry and sun screens glow from up lighting providing a dramatic advertisement for the bank. As with most projects this scale, I did all the structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
