Description: Located on a long narrow site overlooking a lake, I chose a form which would maximize the view. As collectors of contemporary art these clients have a natural affinity for the elegant, modern form.

The entry doubles as a gallery where they can display their collection of art glass. The other tower element is the literal and figurative 'heart' of the home and the place where they decompress after their long days as cardiac surgeons.

The water element at the entry punches through the arc and becomes an infinity edge lap pool on the private side.

Not shown are rooftop glass pyramids which modulate the rhythm of a double loaded corridor that runs the length of curve.

This is one of 11 schemes I generated during the schematic phase of the project and is 1 of 2 schemes under development.
