Description: A coalition of homeless services partnered with a local shelter to develop a comprehensive community for Tallahassee's short term and long term homeless populations. As with most projects of this type, the program was complex but the budget was very limited.

Proposed were 3 different site plans all of which had their relative advantages. Simple wood framed buildings were used in deference to the predominate form of construction. Vernacular detailing and residential iconography were also used to make this complex feel less institutional.
