Project: 19 story mixed use building in downtown Tallahassee

Status: Design development phase

Description: Located on the corner of the busiest intersection in downtown Tallahassee, this mixed use project consists of regional corporate headquarters for a national bank, 2 floors of retail, 6-8 floors of Class A office space and the balance in residential space. 4 schemes were presented ranging from very traditional to very modern. Ultimately the client chose the Masonic Temple/Park Plaza inspired traditional design show here. The project is currently in the design development phase.
